Manufacturing renewal: Labor peace agreements

As part of the manufacturing renewal process in the CLEaR system, you must provide information about your Labor Peace Agreement (LPA) based on the number of employees at your business. Depending on your selection, you will need to upload one of the following during the document‑upload step:

  • A notarized Form DCC 9205 Labor Peace Agreement statement
  • A copy of the signature page of LPA
  • The labor organization name
  • The LPA expiration date
